- Part time working allowance of 20 hours a week during academic year.
- Full time working allowance during vacations/summer and winter breaks.

Educational Institutions

1. Universities: There are a total of 8 Universities to choose from which offer right from bachelor Level to Doctorate Level.

2.Institute of Technology and Polytechnics : The courses offered over here are equivalent to those offered in universities. The ITPs offer course from certificate level to offering full degree and postgraduate level.

3. PTEs : These generally offer particular disciplined courses like Business, Information Technology, Travel & Tourism, and Health Care etc.All the PTEs are registered with NZQA.
FTS-Fund Transfer Scheme
Under this scheme the student has to transfer at least 12 months’ living expenses to bank account in New Zealand, in addition to paying the tuition fee for one year.
The amount deposited by the student in the bank will be for 12 months and student will be allowed to withdraw $120 on monthly basis for the period of 12 months. Fund Transfer Scheme is only an option and is not a mandatory requirement by INZ.
